A freelance writer for 16 years and the author of four books — Cessna Warbirds and T-41 Mescalero (aviation history), Devil in the North Woods (historical fiction), and Pilots and Normal People (short stories). For almost four decades, Walt has created and delivered training for widely varying audiences (pilots, engineers, technicians, authors, and self-publishers). He created our Self-Publishing Success Program of self-paced, email-delivered mentoring to guide would-be self-publishers safely through the publishing labyrinth.

Lisa has published articles in online and offline publications for 10 years and has published three books—the award-winning Backyard Bigfoot (paranormal phenomena and alternative history), The Hunt for Bigfoot (speculative fiction, Book One, Human Origins Series), and Lord of the Dead (speculative fiction, Book Two, Human Origins Series). She has several books in the offing including Strange Michigan, co-authored with Linda Godfrey, scheduled for release this fall. Lisa is the current president of the Upper Peninsula Publishers & Authors Association (a SPAN affiliate and an IBPA partner).

Kerrie has been a professional artist for 40 years and has been editing magazine and book manuscripts for almost 20. Her artwork has won awards and been selected in several juried art exhibits, including the 2006 Experimental Aircraft Association’s Aviation Art Exhibition, which selected her painting Hit My Smoke for a one-year exhibit in the AirVenture Museum. Kerrie sells her extensive array of artwork as prints and on various products at her Ride The Wild Brush website.
